Hair extensions ship within 3-5 business days from your order date.  During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7-10 business days for orders to process.

Processing times for wigs can take up to 7-10 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 15-20 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders-The Haus of Plush is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. The Haus of Plush is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website.

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

The Haus of Plush reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.

The longer the hair extensions the shorter the wefts. Therefore, we suggest the following amount of bundles for these desired lengths: 12"-14" 2 Bundles, 16"- 20" 3 Bundles, 22" and up 4 or more bundles to achieve a full voluminous look.

A lace closure is a hair piece that closes off a wig or sew in. This hair piece is a staple for those who opt to have a protective style. Our lace closures are 5x5 inches in size, and we offer Transparent & HD Lace.

A lace frontal is a hair piece that closes off a wig or sew in. Our lace frontals are 13x4 inches in size and stretch from ear to ear. We offer Transparent & HD Lace.

Transparent Lace sold at The Haus of Plush offers a high quality swiss lace that is transparent in color. This lace is not as thin as HD Lace, but is much more durable.

HD Lace (High Definition Lace) is the thinnest lace on the market. HD Lace will offer you the most undetectable application with minimal customization needed. One thing to note is that HD Lace is extremely delicate and will rip easily if not handled with care.

Transparent & HD Lace can be used by all skin tones. To wear, each lace type will need to be tinted using a lace tint or make up powder to match your skin tone. In addition, both lace types are excellent and will give you a flawless installation.

We offer two different grades of hair. The Raw Collection is our premium quality hair. It can last a minimum of 3 years with proper care and maintenance. It has no synthetic fibers, cut directly from one single donor, cuticles are all aligned, and the hair is tangle free.

The Luxe Collection lasts a minimum of 1 year with proper care and maintenance. It has everything that the Raw Collection has to offer, but the hair is cut from multiple donors. Therefore, you may experience minimal shedding. You can obtain the same beautiful styling as the Raw Collection at a more affordable cost.

Always handle your wig/hair extensions gently. Use a wide tooth comb, or paddle brush for detangling. Use light weight oils such as Argon Oil as a daily moisturizer. If your wig is bonded or sewn on then wrap your hair in a satin scarf or bonnet when going to bed.

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us. This means it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance/sale items, and custom wigs. The customer is responsible for all freight charges in a product exchange transaction. Once received and determined to be in resalable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or gift card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.
